Retori’s long-standing dream was to create a modern rental building. Here it is now – Hessnery Residences, and we are very pleased with the result. We are an Estonian company engaged in real estate development and investment since 2010. Our mission is to develop high-quality, enduring real estate in collaboration with Estonia’s best architects. By enhancing the living and working environment, we can offer people happy moments every day.

The team’s first project was an apartment building on Ravi Street, followed by a commercial real estate project, the Eesti Loto building in Tallinn. To date, we have completed 8 residential property projects and 4 commercial buildings, with several new development projects in progress.

In our work, we rely on extensive experience in the sector. We create properties located in prime locations, with lasting value over time, emphasizing the living environment and the surrounding nature, and featuring distinctive architecture. Quality is the key word in everything we do.
