Can the contract be canceled before arrival?
If you signed a contract but want to cancel it 14 or more days before the start of the contract, we will refund the entire amount, except for the booking fee.
If you signed a contract, but you want to cancel it less than 14 days before the start of the contract, then:
In the case of a contract with a 1-month term, we will return the cleaning fee and the additional deposit due to the accommodation of the pet
In the case of a contract with a term longer than 1 month, we only return the deposit
We make all refunds within thirty (30) days from the end of the contract.
